In this context, we work on interpersonal and group dynamics in the context of either Business Relationships or Personal Relationships.

For example, a pair of entrepreneurs have started a company. They are, oddly enough, each named Steve. Each brings certain skills to the table. However, they are struggling with who should play what role in the organization, as they seem to have some overlapping skills. By looking at their Talents we will be able to discuss where eachh best fits within the organization, and where they might best employ their skills, and in what situations. We’ll determine who is Steve Jobs (put his talent here) in the organization, and who is Steve Wosniak (Put his talent here).
